He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale D'Amico and Maria J. D'Amico (DeLucia); and his brother Anthony D'Amico. He is survived by: his pets, Missy, Spanky and Capuchin; his siblings, Joseph D'Amico of Shelton, CT and Susan Scianna of Huntington, CT; and his friends, Manuel and Fatima Silva of Monroe, CT.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
