He is survived by: his wife Zulma Iris Ortiz; his children, Adam, Angelica, Angel Jr., Alex and Davey; his grandchildren, Dominique, Jayce, David, Teyanna, Adam Jr. and Jasani; his siblings, Maximo Justo, Alma Ortiz, Elizabeth Stephanie, Michelle Senni, Norma Ortiz, Carmen Zayas, Blanca Camargo and Luis M. Estronza; and also Koda Ortiz.
