He is survived by: his wife Gail; his sister Harriet Wolfson; his children, Jeffrey (Louisa), Beth Sullivan, Jill Crosby (Christopher), Suzanne and Katz; and his grandchildren, James, Henry, Arnold, Lucy, Michael Henry, Alexander, Sydney, Garret and Eli.
