He was predeceased by: his parents, Delfin Fernandez and Noemi Fernandez. He is survived by: his siblings, Noemi Fenandez Delonge (Jose) and Daniel Paul Fernandez; his nephew Daniel Yates Femandez; and his friend Betty (David). He is also survived by one aunt, many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Del's name be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
