He is survived by: his mother Melissa Mallard; his daughter Alexis Tingley-Hurley; his sisters, Prisilla Danielson (Anthony), Deana Hurley and Jessica Hurley; his grandparents, Patricia Jones and John Parry; his aunt Patricia Layman; his uncle John Parry II; and his nieces and nephews, Abigail, Annalisa, Nova, Nataleigh, Nicolas and Noah. He is also survived by uncles, aunts and cousins.
