He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fernandez; his children, Nannette Fernandez Harvey (Todd) and Frank F. Fernandez, III (Jennifer); his granddaughters, Morgan Ramsey (Tyler), Alexis Harvey, Isabella "Ella" Fernandez, Adyson Harvey and Olivia Fernandez; his great grandchildren, Colton and Hudson Ramsey; and his siblings, Charles Fernandez, David Fernandez and Mary Ann Fontaine (Richard).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Et St Lawrence Catholic Church (5225 N Himes Ave, Tampa, FL 33614). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Et Columbia Centennial Museum (2029 E 7th Ave, Tampa, FL 33605).
