He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Joan and Harry Milton Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Lowell Brunson Lewis and Catherine Devin Lewis; and his siblings, Linda Ann Lewis, Donald Allen Lewis, Brian William Lewis and Gail Ellen Duke.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (821 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33629). A reception will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Blount & Curry Funeral Home-MacDill Avenue (605 S MacDill Ave, Tampa, FL 33609).
