It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Forand of Tampa, Florida, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on February 14, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hyman Wallach and Esther Wallach (Nee' Tannenstock); and her husband William Forand. She is survived by: her children, Barbara DiMarco, Marlene Forand and Bruce Gordon; her grandchildren, Jennifer Courtney (John), David Bunting, Ali Duncan (Mike) and B. J. Gordon; her great grandchildren, Rylee Bunting, Reagan Bunting, Josalynn Duncan and Marissa Duncan; and her brother Sye Wallach (Iris). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
