He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville Ray Moyer Sr. and Joyce Dorothy Moyer; his siblings, Charles Copeland Moyer, Lisa Diane Valentine and Teresa Ann Moyer; and his close friend Raymond Sapp.
