She is survived by: her husband Joseph Fowler; her stepdaughters, Gloria Castetter (Wayne) and Justine Carter (Barry); her stepgrandchildren, Logan Carter, Kristy, Angel and Kayla; and her great grandchildren, Riley and Benjiman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
