It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ellis Seward of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on January 27, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Jaylene (Bob) and Richard Jr. (Vanessa); his granddaughters, Stephanie (Michael) and Candice; his great grandchildren, Evan, Maddox, Chloe, Camden and Colton; and his sister Merycer L. Whitlock.
