He was predeceased by : his parents, Roldolfo Flam and Daisy Flam; his grandson Jonathan Flam; and his wife Ana Flam. He is survived by : his sister-in-law Francis Alfaro; his children, Aldo Flam and Nadine Williams; and his granddaughters, Bianca Castillo, Alexandra Williams and Delayana Williams.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gonzalez Funeral Home (7209 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33614). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church (9715 N 56th St, Temple Terrace, FL 33617). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Sunset Memory Gardens (11005 US-301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592).
