He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Lazzara and Rosalia Lazzara; his son Michael Lazzara; his grandsons, Michael Bryan and Sam Demi Lazzara; and his brothers, Joseph and Frank Lazzara.
He is survived by: his sisters, Angie Achary, Mary Landreneau, Frances Traina, Angela Zummo, Lily Krueger and Josephine Anello; his wife Barbara Pilkay Lazzara; his children, Wilfred "Tony" Lazzara (Kelly), Angelo Lazzara (Lisa) and Lea Canalejo (Ronnie); his stepson Sonny George (Donna); his grandchildren, Laruen Canalejo, Nicholas Lazzara (Krista), Riley, Reese Lazzara and Tina Canalejo; his great grandchildren, Brysten Lazzara, Sam "Baby Sam" Lazzara, Jayla, Julian Smith and Alex Lazzara; his sister Janie Smith of New Orleans; and his sister-in-law Lerida Lazzara. He is also survived by many Godchildren, extended family and friends.
Flowers will be accepted but in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the following charities in Mr. Lazzara's name. Murray Family Foundation, Shriners Hospital for Children, Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranches Inc., ALSAC/St. Jude Children Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
