He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foster Waring, Sr. and Catherine Elizabeth Waring; his siblings, James Correll Waring and Ellen Waring; his daughter Brandy Levy; Flora Waring Richardson and Dright Waring.
He is survived by: his wife Tamara Dorman Waring of Tampa; his children, Darlene Snipes of Washington, D. C., Bernard Levi of Washington, D. C., Maureen Waring of Washington, D. C., Charles Goulding (Loretta) of Tampa and Jeremy Goulding (Jessica) of Weirton, WV.; and his siblings, Willie Mae Harrison, Rose Botts, Vivian Narine, Yorretta Broughton (Arthur), Ursula Williams, Mary Hodo, Roy Waring (Renee) and Samuel Waring. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
