He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Halce Jenkins and Jacqueline Powers Jenkins; and his grandmother Louise Powers. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jenkins; his sons, Ronald Scott Jenkins and Richard Halce Jenkins (Alisha); his sister Laurie Holmes (Mark); his sibling's children, Colin, John Adam Holmes and Megan Glass (Michael); and his great-niece Avery Glass.
