With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Payne (Temple Terrace, Florida), born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on August 4, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her parents, Charles Bailey and Edna Bailey; and her sister Charlene. She is survived by: her brother Eddie; her daughters, Polly and Robin; her sons-in-law, Mike and Jeff; and her grandsons, Miles, Logan and Hunter.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to either the Melech Hospice House or Florida College.
