She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Garb and Blanche Gilchrist Garb; her husband Stephen Ray Sibley of Baton Rouge; and her siblings, Fain Garb and Fannie Garb Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Spenser Benson (Kenneth) of Calion, AR, Janet Sibley Crider (Lynn) of Jupiter, FL and Stephen Sibley, Jr. (Katherine Gilbert); her sisters, Carrol Garb Peery (Joseph) of Tulsa, OK and Tommye Garb Duncan of Sapulpa, OK.; and her grandchildren, Jacklin Sibley Rajan (D. O. Christopher), Haley Crider Peterson (Travis), Hana Gough and Mariah Gough Saulsbury (Jase). She is also survived by great grandchildren.
