He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, Robert Fahler (Celeste) and Matthew Fahler (Robyn); his grandchildren, Jarod, James, Josalyn, Abigail and Serena Fahler; his sister Nanette Fahler; his aunts, Olive King, Margaret Sgritta (Tom) and Mary Ellen Disabato; his niece Tami Fahler; and his nephew Robert Dine (Amanda).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Keith's name to the charity of the donor's choice.
