He was predeceased by : his parents, Burt and Dorothy; and his siblings, George, Bob, Donna and Pat.
He is survived by : his wife Kathy; his children, Stephanie Greer, Vikki Weller (Fred), Amy Kruger, Phil Berlin (Miriam) and Jeni Kostko (Eric); his grandchildren, Mary, Ryan, Karen, Lee, Emily, Steven, Alex, Seth, Grace and Bobby; his siblings, Ray and Joan; and his close friend Akron. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice.
