He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Boeke and Esther Boeke; and his former wife Mary Ellen Boeke. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Foote Boeke of Webster, Florida; his daughters, Debra Toth (Frank) of Glenn Allen, Virgina, Paula Linck of Mableton and Georgia; his grandchildren, Tia Whitmer (Albion) of Goochland and Daniel Toth of Charles City, Virginia; his great grandchild Emma Whitmer of Goochland, Virginia; and his stepchildren, Mike Foote (Judy) of Webster, Anne Hill (Steven) of Bushnell, Karen Ray of Bushnell, Skip Foote (Dotty) of Valrico and Debby Callaway of Palm Springs.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Webster United Methodist Church (173 SE 3rd St, Webster, FL 33597). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM.
