He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Thomas Smith and Alpha Sumner. He is survived by: his daughters, Muncie Ann and Lisa Jane; his wife Liz; and his stepsons, Steve (Kathy) and Stan (Anita). He is also survived by his grandkids, great grandkids, church friends, neighbors.
