She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Kohler and Hattie Kohler; her husband Raymond J. Urbanski; and her brother Richard W. Kohler. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Urbanski (Angela) and Susan McCain (Flint); her grandchildren, Alexa, Hayden, Carter, Ainsley, Jared and Dawson; and her great grandchildren, Carson and Bailey.
