Gertrude Althea (Schmidt) Gallion Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gertrude Althea Gallion of Titusville, Florida, who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 76.

Althea was a daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt & friend to many. She and her husband owned Len's Plumbing Inc. and Keeper of the Stars Karaoke. She was a member of American Legion Post 1, Moose 2304, and most recently, Elks Lodge #2113.
She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Gulbrand and her husband Kenneth of Titusville; her son, Leonard Gallion Jr. and his wife Becky of Clermont; Althea is also survived by her sisters: Lisa Lorence of Florida; Darlene Conn of Tennessee, and Judy Herbst of Virginia; grandchildren, Shane and Macie Gulbrand, Lee and Ian Gallion; great grandson, Kenneth Chase Gulbrand. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Linda Aaron & Bill Schmidt, both of South Carolina; her father, Wilbur Harmon Schmidt; and her mother, Cora Elizabeth Schmidt; and last but not least, her beloved husband and best friend, Lenny (Leonard L. Gallion Sr.)
