He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Lori Boyd, Sheri Noel and Alan Bolick; his grandchildren, Katie, Nik and Olivia; and his sisters, Linda Starnes and Rebecca Gilley. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
