He was predeceased by: his father Emilio Robert Rubin. He is survived by: his mother Mary Bell; his wife Charlene Barie Rubin; his daughters, Kirsten Rubin, Andrea Rubin, Alyssa Rubin, Kelly Monteleone and Angela Monteleone; and his siblings, Sherri VanBuskirk (Terry), Robin Porta (Bob), Debbie Smith (Mike), Donna Pittman (Larry), Robert Rubin, Joseph Rubin (Shannon) and Timothy Rubin. He is also survived by his family very much and he was a great father to his daughters.
