Orazio Forlenza wrote a sympathy message

“Our cousin Otto lived in the same house in BKLYN, his family on the 2nd and ours on the 3rd. The memory of Otto that stands out most of all are the two months our families would spend together at our vacation home in Swartswood, NJ. Although it wasn’t the most glamorous getaway, it was our special place. We were together and that was all that mattered. This was a time we will cherish forever. Otto was a free spirit, full of life that we all admired. Rest in peace our dear cousin. We love you.”
