He is survived by: his wife Pam (Walker); his children, Richard and Kathy; his grandchildren, Bryantt [Jennifer], Brandee [Daryan], Aaron [Eve], Nick and Sydney [Kaitlyn]; and his stepbrother Jimmy Collins. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
