He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie R. Owen Sr. and Ruby V. Cobb Owen; and his daughter Kathryn Victoria Owen. He is survived by: his wife Brenda McDuffie Owen of Vero Beach; his daughters, Sharon Nelson Anderson of Boca Raton, Tracy Lynn Owen of Cocoa Beach, Sandra Owen Radzak of Lake Mary, Susan Owen Babcock of Orange City and Lisa Nelson Wheeler of Vero Beach; his grandchildren, Jessica Leigh Fultz, Lauren Anderson Bender, Mariah Radzak, Michael Radzak, Brittany Radzak and Aubrey Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Nolan Fultz and Harper Radzak.
