She was predeceased by: her father Joseph James White. She is survived by: her husband Edward John Hayes Sr.; her mother Faithe L. Jacobson; her children, Deanna Mari Massey (Don Petty) and Joseph Cornelius Massey (Dominique Pascarell); her siblings, Jodie Rogers (Daniel), Glenn White (Donna), Brad White and Scott White (Susan); her stepchildren, Edward J. Hayes Jr. (Kayte), Jessica Patton (CL) and Nicole Milewicz (Joseph); her goddaughter Ashley Ward; and her pets, Leo and Sonny. She is also survived by 9 step grandchildren; aunts, uncles, many nieces and nephews.
In honor of Tammy and her love for all animals, memorial contributions may be made to Purrs Brevard County, Florida.
