He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Moore and Juanita Dyer Moore; and his siblings, Paula, Jerry and Mark.
He is survived by: his children, Jesse Moore of Winter Beach, FL and Melissa "Missy" Blades of Vero Beach, FL.; and his sisters, Patricia Edwards of Sebring, FL, Sandra Burrell of Fort Myers, FL, Ann Puckett of Jacksonville, FL and Lynne Smelt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
