He was predeceased by : his daughter Tammy Truelove. He is survived by : his wife Linda; his children, Vince Tharpe, Jr., Tina Betz (Harry) and Vickie Tharpe; his brother Jerry Harvill; his grandchildren, Harrison Betz, Ryan Tharpe, Katie Tharpe, Camille (Greg Zwart) and Felicia Whitehead; his great grandchildren, Michael, Gabriel Whitehead, Violet and Charlotte Zwart; and his son Billy Wayne Harvill, Jr. (Rocky).
