He was predeceased by: his brother Willie M. Turner Sr. Linda Coe (Billy); and his grandchild Cle'wanda Kent-Austin. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Kent, Kimberly Tounsel (Tommie Tounsel) of Shelby Township, Tyrone Gates Kent of Detroit and Ervin Kent (Amber Kent) of Clarksville, Tennessee.; and his grandchildren, Mika McCoy, Tyrone Gates Jr., Terrell Gates, Tyron Gates, Bella Gates, Zharia Rucker, Eshiara Kent, Ervin Kent Jr. Justice Kent, D'Ontaye Strawter, Dy'Nesha Kent, Eivin Kent, Izahnay Patterson, MyKeriah Patterson, Easton Kent, Niesha Walter, Cadeshia Hiner, Nathan Hiner, George Johnson and Tamia Tounsel. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and friends.
