He is survived by: his parents, Wilfredo Soto, Sr. and Maribel Moran of Reading; his siblings, Eric M. Feliciano (Jasmin Barreto) of Reading and Marlene Tineo (Gabriel Tineo) of Reading; and his grandparents, Willito and Puerto Rico. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
