It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frenchie L Ramsey of Wewahitchka, Florida, born in Bogalusa, Louisiana, who passed away on July 4, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Howard Wooden and Lena Wooden; her husband Wesley Ramsey; her grandson Chris Horton; her children, Ray Ramsey, Willie Ramsey (Shirley), Alford Ramsey (Laura), Catherine Barfield (Jobie), Shelly Oliver (Tommy) and Carol Horton (David); her siblings, Howard Wooden (Rachel) and Sadie Holt; and also Iduma Wingate. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 19 great- grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Long Avenue Baptist Church piano fund in memory of Mrs. Ramsey.
