It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethna Wyoneen Dugger (Wildwood, Florida), born in Oxford, Florida, who passed away on March 18, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Marcus. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth, Wilma Dugger of Jacksonville and Karen Johnson of Wildwood. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
