He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Sarah Jane Hart; his wife Ana Leonor Ipiña; his daughter Dr. Ana Armbrister Bland (Carl); his sister Sheva Morgan of Lakeland; and his grandchildren, Robert Charles III, Veronica Maria, Mariana Elizabeth and Carl Martin II. He was also cherished by family members including several nieces and nephews.

He was a God-fearing man with a solid foundation and moral compass that guided him to lead the family with strength, purpose, and success.
