With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Franklin Pierce Thompson Jr. of Winter Garden, Florida, born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, who passed away on March 14, 2024 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by : his wife Chris; his siblings, Audry, Jane, David, Retta and Robert; his children, Teresa and Marty; and his grandson Rhett.

He is survived by : his brother Joe; and his children, Rob, John, Cindy, Penny, Karen and Tamara. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
