He is survived by: his wife Désirée Chaker Khouzam; his children, Dr. Névine Khouzam Snyder (John), Dr. Nadine Khouzam Skelton (Bill), Judge Nelly Khouzam (Morris Silberman), Dr. Nayer Khouzam (Darlene) and Nermine Khouzam Rubin (Leslie); his brother Dr. Nadim Khouzam (Nora); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Paul, James, Michelle, Joseph, Gabrielle, Natalie, Lauren, Matthew, Jonathan, Samantha and Nathan.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Catholic Church (1211 Winter Garden Vineland Rd, Winter Garden, FL 34787). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home (400 Woodlawn Cemetery Rd, Gotha, FL 34734).
