It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janis Marie Price of Winter Haven, Florida, born in Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 7, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her husband Gary Price; her children, Jennifer Goode (Bobby) and Douglas Price (Katie); and her siblings, Ronnie Presley (Vicky), Donnie Presley (Shirley) and Peggy Oglesby. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions to be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, 105 Arneson Avenue, Auburndale, Florida 33823.

“Gary, Jennifer, Allie, and family, I was saddened to hear that Janis had passed. There are so many fond memories I carry with me every day of her. Janis was a wonderful person to work with. I remember the Christmas parties she hosted for us at Christmas, Garry (you were patient with us as we took over that one night of the Xmas season). Janis was always in my corner; I still have some Christmas ornaments she gave me. My most favorite is my Black angel. I am praying for you all. Dartha Shular”
