With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick D. Sullivan (Winter Haven, Florida), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 24, 2018 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Donald and Buzz; his wife Deborah; his children, Janie and Patrick (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Kara, Laila and Rylie; and his siblings, Jane Warren, Donald Sullivan (Bretta) and Kim Ryan (James). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
