He was predeceased by : his wife Olga Leon Diaz; and his daughter Sharon Elaine Diaz. He is survived by : his children, Ralph Diaz, Jr. of Apex, NC, Irene Diaz Simmons and Cathy Anne Diaz. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
