He is survived by: his wife Girldine Rodgers-Allen; his sisters, Dorothy Clark (Allen) and Iona Chen (Allen); his children, Byron Allen, Simone Allen, Marsha Thompson (Allen), Karon Leigh-Belt (Allen) and Rodney Belt; his grandchildren, Kamaal Allen, Anthony Walters, Tristan Walters, William Brown, Deandra Dunkley, Jasper J. Fisher, Khadijah Leigh and Jazmine Simone Fisher; his great grandchildren, Taj Walters, A'Yan Walters, Evangelie Walters, Adesanya Walters, Ehsaan Dunkley Jr., Dafari Dunkley and Madison Walters; and his siblings' children, Ian Moodie, Carl, Kevin Chen, Michelle Chen and Warwick Chen.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Banfield Funeral Home & Crematory (420 W State Rd 434, Winter Springs, FL 32708). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
