He is survived by : his sons, Michael Hayes (Chrystal) and Eric Hayes; his daughter-in-law Leisa Hayes (Ketola); his grandsons, Kyle (Sarah), Matthew, Zack and Willford Hayes; his great grandchildren, Brooke, Nathan, Jeffrey, Jack, Genesis and Micah; his sister Mary Ann Gillis; and his niece Sarah Gillis.
