She was predeceased by : her husband Jack A. Finley; and her son Rodney "Rocky" Phelps. She is survived by : her children, Deborah Finley Ransom, Barbara Ann Phelps, Martha Elaine Phelps, Nita Graham and Gary Keith Finley. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and over 20 great grandchildren.
