She was loved and cherished by many people including : her significant other Debbie Fitzgerald of Abbeville; her sisters, Anita Hughes Brown, Sylvia Hughes Jones and Jonnie Sue Hughes Wright of Fitzgerald; her stepmother Sue Lee McGee of Fitzgerald; and her brother John Newton Hughes, Jr.. She was also cherished by 12 nieces and nephews and 15 great nieces and nephews.
