Waters (Kyle) of Fitzgerald, GA; his stepmother Tracie Jo Waters of Troupsburg; his children, Ashlin Powell of Georgia and Dannon Waters of Georgia; his sisters, Gabrielle Waters of Fitzgerald and Julia Wright (Jordan Hernandez) of Fitzgerald; his stepsiblings, Alicia Hartman and Cody Hartman; his grandmothers, Martha Kyle (Henry Ivemeyer) of Fitzgerald and Wilma Waters of Troupsburg; and his nieces and nephews, Charlie Waters, Ryaonna VanSkiver and Izzy Gomez. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
