He is survived by : his wife Tracey Futch; his daughters, Emily, Brandy and Kristy Futch; his uncle Ronnie Futch (Susie); his cousins, Missie and Hunter Futch; his mother-in-law Eugenia Helms; his siblings-in-law, Tammy Tamayo and Alan Helms (Erin); and his uncle Dallas Helms (Bonnie).
