She is survived by: her child Gailen Lee David Jr. (Stephen Licata) of Miami, FL; her husband Steve; her daughter Sarah Armstrong (Will); her grandchildren, Nora and William; her child Stevie Williams; her grandchildren, Boatwright "Bo" and Rebel; her children, Parker Blue and Blake Boatwright (Samantha); her grandchild Cassius; her children, James "JoJo" Boatwright and Isabella Boatwright; her siblings, Rosa Zapata, William Zapata and Jimmy Zapata (Richard White); her friends, Maria Mills and Theresa Wheatley; Peggy Mills.
It is often mistaken for Parkinson's disease, and currently has no cure or prevention.
