George Elliott Belden Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Elliott Belden of Acworth, Georgia, who passed away on July 1, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claire Belden and Shirley Moats; and his stepfather George Moats. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Belden; his daughters, Amy Blumenthal (Jon) and Leigh Beakley (Geoff); his grandchildren, Ben Blumenthal and Anna Blumenthal; and his sisters, Julie Taylor, Gail Atkins (Dana), Carol Tomer (Ken) and Mary Lienemann (Doug). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) to help prevent others from being victims of unnecessary accidents.
