She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Marion Edwards, Sr. and Louise Hightower Edwards; her husband Ronald Wayne Sanders; and her brother Francis M. Edwards, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Leanne Sanders Fort (Wes) of McDonough, GA and Amy Sanders Freiler (Chris) of Acworth, GA; her brother Michael Edwards (Mitchell Smith) of Atlanta, GA; her sister-in-law Joyce H. Carter of Cartersville, GA; her grandchildren, Katie Fort Zellner (Tyler) of McDonough, GA, Robby Fort (Kassidy Graham) of McDonough, GA, Luke Freiler of Acworth, GA, Matthew Freiler of Acworth, GA and Jacob Freiler of Acworth, GA; and her great grandchildren, Lucy Grace Fort of McDonough, GA, Lennon Noelle Zellner of McDonough, GA, Aretha Jackson of Columbus, GA, David, Sue Sasser of Columbus, GA, Patty, Steve Norman of Midland, GA and Susan H. Smith of Columbus, GA..
